How It Works
1) Initiating Returns
Return & Exchange Portal: The shopper begins their return in a branded portal hosted by Happy Returns on the merchant’s website.
2) Accepting Returns (3 options)
A. Return to Return Bar: Box-free, label-free, hassle-free drop off at 4,000+ locations nationwide.
B. Return to Store: Returns are brought to a retail location, then are shipped to our Return Hubs or their warehouse.
C. Return by Mail: Shipping labels are automatically generated for shipping to our Return Hubs or their warehouse.
3) Handling Returns
Return Hubs: Returns are sorted, labeled re-aggregated, and shipped in bulk back to their warehouse.
4) Processing Returns
Merchant’s warehouse: Goods are processed for resale, added back into website inventory, and put on shelves.
